Role Overview
As a Legal Executive at XeroDebt, you will play a critical role in facilitating debt settlement processes for our clients. You will provide strategic legal advice, manage direct negotiations with creditors, draft essential documents, and ensure strict regulatory compliance.
We are looking for a highly disciplined, ethical, and punctual professional who thrives in a structured office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Advisory: Provide sound legal advice and guidance to internal teams and clients related to debt settlement and financial disputes.
Drafting & Reviewing: Draft, review, and vet legal notices, replies, settlement agreements, and other official documents to ensure absolute accuracy and compliance.
Creditor Negotiation: Negotiate directly with banks, NBFCs, and other creditors to achieve favorable settlement terms for our clients.
Dispute Resolution: Address legal disputes, manage creditor-client conflicts, and provide expert support to navigate the litigation or recovery process.
Compliance: Ensure all settlement processes align with Indian financial laws, RBI guidelines, and ethical standards.
Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly settlement targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university. Fresh law graduates are welcome to apply.
Professional Enrollment: Must be enrolled with the Bar Council.
Location: Must be a local candidate residing in Agra.
Work Ethics: Must demonstrate strong discipline regarding timings, daily attendance, and high professional work ethics.
Core Skills:
Sound knowledge of Indian legal procedures, contract drafting, and debt settlement mechanisms.
Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact effectively with creditors.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
Certifications: Any relevant certification in financial law or debt settlement is a plus.
