We are looking for a Legal Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager / Legal Head with strong experience in Labour & Employment Law to join our team in Gurgaon.
📍 Job Location: Gurgaon, Sector 33
💼 Experience: 1–12 Years (Relevant Experience in Employment Law)
🕘 Employment Type: Full-Time

🎓 Qualification: LLB / LLM Only
🏢 Industry: HR Consulting / Law Consulting / Management Consulting
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Labour & Employment Laws and Labour Codes
- Preparation and research validation on compliance checklist for State and Central Labour Law.
- Prepare audit reports of Labour Law Compliance / Due Diligence report.
- Review and Draft HR Policies, appointment letter, leave policy, employee handbook.
- Monitor legal and regulatory updates
- Identify legal risks and provide practical mitigation solutions related to Labour Law Compliance.
- Legal opinion of Labour Law Compliance and labour case law and amendments in the law.
🔹 Ideal Candidate
✔️ LLB / LLM qualified
✔️ 1–8 years of relevant experience in Employment / Labour Law
✔️ Strong legal drafting and advisory skills
✔️ Knowledge of labour and factory laws
✔️ Good communication and client-handling skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
