About the Role
Seed Outsourcing is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our U.S. legal operations, specifically in California Housing Law & Litigation. This role involves legal research, drafting legal documents, case analysis, and providing litigation support while collaborating with attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
We're seeking someone with experience in California Housing/Landlord-Tenant litigation, including discovery, Requests for Admission, motion drafting, and case support.
* Conduct legal research and prepare IRAC analyses for assigned cases.
* Assist attorneys with litigation support, case preparation, and legal documentation.
* Review case files and participate in weekly meetings with attorneys.
* Ensure timely, accurate, and confidential handling of legal matters.
* Maintain high-quality legal drafting and analytical standards.
Required Qualifications
* Paralegal Certificate, Law Degree, or equivalent legal qualification.
* 2–5 years of experience in paralegal or litigation support roles.
* Prior experience in California Housing Law is highly preferred.
* Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting strict deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
