We are hiring for a legal associate for a leading law firm in Bangalore
The ideal professional would have 4-6 years of experience with strong exposure to;-
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of wide variety of commercial agreements
- General Corporate Advisory
- Trademarks/ IP Matters
If you have strong inclination towards business development this role is for you. You will get to work closely with business, advise on commercial matters, scale the practice and build client relationships.
