We are seeking a talented Lead Tableau Developer to join our team and contribute to Healthcare Data Analytics projects. If you’re passionate about data visualization, business intelligence, and transforming complex datasets into impactful insights, this role is for you!
Role: Lead Tableau Developer
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)
Experience: 10 - 15 Years
Join Time: Immediate
Domain: Healthcare and Life Science
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau
· Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven insights
· Optimize performance of Tableau dashboards (queries, extracts, load times)
· Integrate and work with large datasets from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, AWS)
· Ensure adherence to BI best practices, KPIs, and reporting standards
. Develop advanced Tableau solutions using LOD expressions, table calculations, parameters,
actions, filters, and complex calculated fields.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 10+ years of hands-on experience in Tableau development and SQL, AWS
· Expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Online
· Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing
· Proficiency in LOD expressions, complex calculations, and table calculations
· Experience with AWS cloud platforms and BI concepts
Additional Exposure (Preferred):
· Cloud Platforms: AWS (preferred)
· DevOps Tools: Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker, Kubernetes
· Programming: Basic familiarity with Python
Nice to Have:
· Tableau certification (Desktop Certified Professional / Server Certified Associate)
· Experience with Python/R for advanced analytics integration
