Job Overview
We are seeking a talented
Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with
Power BI,
DAX, and data visualization techniques to transform business data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create efficient data models and implement complex DAX calculations.
- Connect Power BI with multiple data sources, including SQL databases, Excel, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Develop reusable datasets, measures, KPIs, and visualizations.
- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and report enhancements.
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and data governance best practices.
- Document BI solutions and provide end-user support.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
- Excellent knowledge of DAX
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL concepts
- Knowledge of Power Query (M Language)
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and KPIs
- Understanding of data visualization best practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or Snowflake
- Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, or Tableau
- Familiarity with Python or Excel VBA is an advantage
- Microsoft Power BI Certification is a plus
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
