About the opportunity
ReLiva runs physiotherapy and rehab across many cities in India. We are now developing our Connected Care Model — a hybrid, tech-first approach to physiotherapy and patient education, focused on post-surgical rehabilitation and long-term chronic management delivered through an app. You'll be taking care of clinical-science working closely with rest of the team.
What you'll do
- Design and run clinical pilots and trials across ReLiva's network — from hypothesis and protocol through data collection, analysis and readout.
- Iterate treatment protocols based on outcomes, and codify them into clear, teachable clinical standards — especially for post-surgical rehab pathways and chronic-condition management.
- Publish: convert findings into peer-reviewed papers, case series, white papers and conference presentations that build ReLiva's clinical reputation.
- Shape patient-education content so it's clinically sound and genuinely changes patient behaviour and adherence.
- Train and upskill physiotherapists across locations on new protocols — build the curriculum, deliver it, and measure whether practice actually changes.
Must-haves
- Master's in Physiotherapy (MPT) or equivalent, with strong clinical grounding
- Demonstrated research capability & data literacy.
- At least two tangible research output /publications
- Excellent written and spoken communication .
- Familiarity with digital/tele-rehab, wearables, or outcome-tracking platforms.
