Role Description The Physiotherapist Delhi role at PhysioPlus is a temporary, hybrid position based in Delhi, India, with some work-from-home flexibility. The physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, take detailed histories, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practice. Daily tasks include delivering physiotherapy interventions, monitoring progress, updating clinical documentation in the PhysioPlus system, and coordinating follow-up care. The role involves educating patients and families on exercises, posture, and lifestyle modifications, while collaborating with senior physios, clinic staff, and partner hospitals as needed. The physiotherapist is expected to participate in CME activities, maintain professional standards, and support the broader PhysioPlus network in providing consistent, high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong clinical physiotherapy skills, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and hands-on therapeutic interventions.
- Candidates should possess skills in patient communication, counseling, and education to explain diagnoses, treatment plans, and home exercise programs clearly and empathetically.
- Candidates should possess skills in clinical documentation, basic digital literacy, and use of clinic management or electronic record systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in teamwork and collaboration, including working with senior physiotherapists, clinic staff, and hospital partners.
- Recognized Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT); MPT or relevant specialization is an advantage.
- Valid registration or license to practice physiotherapy as per local regulations in India.
- Experience in outpatient, home-based, or hospital-based physiotherapy in musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports-related cases is preferred.
- Commitment to continuous learning, participation in CME programs, and adherence to ethical, patient-centric care standards.
