• Understand product USPs, customer pain points, purchase behaviour, and market trends to develop relevant content.
• Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities to differentiate brands through creative storytelling.
2. Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, mentor, and manage content strategists, copywriters, and content executives.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, motion artists, photographers, and production teams.
• Review and approve scripts, captions, creative briefs, campaign concepts, and final content deliverables.
• Establish content workflows, quality standards, and timelines to ensure efficient execution across brands.
3. Creative Conceptualization & Content Production
• Develop innovative concepts for Instagram Reels, product videos, UGC-style content, influencer campaigns, brand films, and digital advertisements.
• Create compelling scripts and storytelling formats that communicate product benefits and brand USPs.
• Guide the production team in translating creative concepts into engaging visual and video content.
• Identify opportunities for founder-led content, product demonstrations, customer testimonials, and camera-facing videos.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual direction, messaging, and storytelling across platforms.
4. D2C Content & Performance Marketing
• Develop content that supports brand awareness, audience engagement, website traffic, and conversions. • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to create ad concepts, hooks, scripts, and creative variations for testing.
• Analyse content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, watch time, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Use customer insights, campaign data, and feedback to refine content strategies and scale successful formats.
• Ensure content is aligned with the customer journey, from discovery and consideration to purchase and retention.
5. Trend Research & Innovation
• Stay updated with emerging social media trends, content formats, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Identify relevant trends and adapt them to each brand without compromising brand identity.
• Explore AI-powered tools and new creative approaches to improve ideation, research, scripting, and content production.
• Develop fresh campaign ideas for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand-building initiatives.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution from ideation to final delivery.
• Present content strategies and creative concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Monitor deliverables, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely completion of content projects.
7. Reporting & Content Optimization
• Review monthly content performance and prepare actionable recommendations.
• Track relevant metrics such as reach, engagement, saves, shares, watch time, CTR, and conversions.
• Conduct periodic content audits to evaluate brand consistency, creative quality, and performance.
