We are looking for an experienced Lead ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and AIOps.
The consultant must have proven experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow Operational Intelligence capabilities and should be able to independently lead technical implementation activities.
The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and AIOps, with the ability to lead Phase 1 AIOps use cases and deliver technical outcomes independently.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Phase 1 AIOps use cases.
- Configure, implement, and optimize:
- ServiceNow Event Management
- Metric Intelligence
- Health Log Analytics (HLA)
- Event Correlation
- Impact Analysis
- ServiceNow CMDB
- Service Mapping
Technical Expertise Required
- The role requires strong hands-on expertise in:
- ServiceNow ITOM
- ServiceNow Discovery
- ServiceNow CMDB
- Service Mapping
- ServiceNow Event Management
