Lead Groom Stylist(With Assistant Store Manager responsibilities)

Hours: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM (Mondays off)
Investment in Talent: ₹45,000 to ₹60,000 monthly, plus performance incentives
The RoleA groom’s attire is a quiet statement of tradition, character, and personal celebration. We are seeking a Lead Groom Stylist who brings a genuine passion for classic menswear, textile heritage, and thoughtful personal service.
While you will assist with the day to day rhythm of the store alongside our Store Manager, your primary focus will be directing our wedding and groom suite. You will work closely with grooms and families, guiding them from initial ideas to the final fitting with patience and care.
Key Responsibilities- Personal Styling: Host private appointments for grooms, helping them select silhouettes, fabrics, and palettes that suit their wedding vision.
- Textile & Craft Knowledge: Translate client requests for bespoke fitting and embroidery into clear specifications for our master tailoring team. You should be naturally comfortable discussing weaves, weights, and hand embroidery work.
- Floor Leadership: Help maintain store standards, oversee inventory movement, and support the broader team in delivering a relaxed, high standard of hospitality.
- Client Relationships: Keep track of client fittings, delivery schedules, and ongoing requests with thorough attention to detail.
What We Look For- Experience: Three to six years in premium menswear or classic ethnic retail.
- Eye for Detail: An effortless understanding of cut, proportion, drape, and traditional embellishment techniques.
- Manner: A polite, grounded presence. You make people feel welcome, comfortable, and well cared for.
- Reliability: Strong organization skills and comfort with managing daily retail schedules.
