Role Description This is a full-time Lead Full Stack Engineer role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Lead Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end layers, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. Responsibilities include leading technical design, reviewing code, mentoring engineers, and establishing best practices for full-stack development. The role involves close collaboration with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions, manage technical priorities, and support deployment and maintenance activities. Immediate joiners are preferred, and the role may also participate in client discussions, technical estimations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience delivering end-to-end web applications.
- Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Candidates should possess robust Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, and database design.
- Candidates should possess leadership capabilities, including mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and driving architectural decisions.
- Candidates should possess experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments and familiarity with agile methodologies will be considered beneficial.
