Stafingo Is Hiring | Lead Full Stack .NET Developer
Stafingo is hiring for its client for an experienced Lead Full Stack .NET Developer to join a dynamic technology team working on modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
We are looking for a hands-on technical professional with strong experience across .NET, C#, Angular, SQL, Web API, and .NET Core, along with the ability to lead development efforts, maintain high coding standards, and mentor junior developers.

Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation : 18 lakhs per annum
Key Responsibilities :
Application Design & Development
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
- Build solutions using C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework/ORM, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Develop custom web applications based on business and technical requirements.
- Apply appropriate software design patterns and architectural principles to create maintainable and scalable solutions.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Front-End Development
- Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-quality front-end applications using Angular (version 8+).
- Hands-on Angular experience is mandatory.
- Integrate Angular applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Develop reusable components and maintain clean, scalable front-end architecture.
- Identify and resolve front-end performance and usability issues.
Back-End & API Development
- Develop and maintain RESTful Web APIs and backend services.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and external services.
- Implement secure, reliable, and scalable application services.
- Work with Entity Framework or other ORM technologies for efficient data access.
Database Development
- Design, develop, and maintain relational databases such as SQL Server.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or NoSQL is an advantage.
- Develop efficient queries, stored procedures, and database objects where required.
- Analyze and optimize database performance.
Cloud & Deployment
- Deploy, maintain, and support applications on cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Participate in application deployment, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Support production applications and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Testing & Code Quality
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and system tests.
- Participate in peer code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Identify defects and technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Promote best practices around coding standards, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Performance & Optimization
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across both front-end and back-end applications.
- Implement appropriate caching, optimization, and performance-tuning techniques.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize API, database, and application-layer performance.
Collaboration & Agile Delivery
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in requirements gathering and analysis.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and development tasks.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including:
- Sprint planning
- Daily stand-ups
- Sprint reviews
- Retrospectives
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Leadership & Mentoring
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Support team members in solving complex technical problems.
- Promote coding standards, design patterns, reusable components, and development best practices.
- Participate in technical decision-making and contribute to improving the team's engineering practices.
Required Technical Skills :
Mandatory:
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with C#
- Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core
- Strong experience developing Web APIs / REST APIs
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular
- Experience with Angular 8+
- Strong SQL / SQL Server experience
- Experience with Entity Framework or ORM technologies
- Strong understanding of software design patterns
- Experience with application development across both front-end and back-end
- Experience participating in code reviews and software testing
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Nice to Have:
- Microsoft Azure experience
- PostgreSQL
- NoSQL databases
- Performance tuning and caching
- Experience mentoring junior developers
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with enterprise-scale applications
