Job Description – Lead Educator OR Pre Primary Coordinator
Location: Alipore, Kolkata-700027
CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 (final offer based on experience and interview)
Role Overview
We are seeking passionate individuals to join as Lead Educator OR Pre Primary Coordinator in a new preschool inspired by play‑based, child‑centered learning. As part of the founding team, you will help shape classrooms and culture that celebrate curiosity, creativity, and joyful discovery.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging, play‑based learning activities.
Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families.
Create inspiring, child‑friendly classroom spaces.
Observe and support each child’s unique journey.
Collaborate with fellow educators and grow through training.
Candidate Profile
Loves working with young children; kind, patient, empathetic.
Positive, energetic, creative, and curious.
Enjoys storytelling, art, music, or hands‑on play.
Team‑oriented and comfortable with outdoor/messy play.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
Diplomas in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, NTT, ECCEd preferred..
