We are looking for a passionate Lead Educator to join the founding team at Dibber Alipore.
Key Responsibilities
• Create engaging, child led and play based learning experiences
• Plan and facilitate age appropriate classroom activities
• Observe and support each childs individual development
• Build warm and trusted relationships with children and parents
• Lead and collaborate with fellow educators
• Maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
• Bring creativity and innovation into everyday learning
Who We Are Looking For
• Graduate with a strong interest in Early Childhood Education
• Relevant teaching or preschool experience preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Creative, empathetic and genuinely passionate about working with young children
• Comfortable working in a collaborative and evolving environment
