Hiring: Lead Digital Architect – Product Information Management (PIM / Akeneo)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Digital Architect – Product Information Management (PIM) with strong expertise in Akeneo PIM, cloud-native architecture, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will design scalable, secure, and high-performing PIM solutions that integrate seamlessly with digital commerce platforms, CMS, search, and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable solution architectures for Product Information Management (PIM) platforms, preferably Akeneo.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and architectural components.
- Define data models, APIs, integration patterns, workflows, and non-functional requirements.
- Design and govern integrations across PIM, eCommerce, CMS, Search, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Provide architectural leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and System Architects to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Implement cloud-native architecture best practices on AWS.
- Ensure security, scalability, observability, and operational readiness of PIM solutions.
- Support CI/CD practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and architecture governance.
Required Skills
- 8–12 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, or Digital Platform Delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Akeneo PIM or similar Product Information Management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud, cloud-native architecture, and microservices.
- Experience designing REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, synchronization, and integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation preferred), and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, secure integrations, and application security.
- Excellent stakeholder management and architecture documentation skills.
