Role Description:
The Lead Designer role at Aarvee is a full-time, on-site position based in Guwahat. This role involves leading the design process for Railway infrastructure projects. The Lead Designer will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, review and refine design concepts, oversee detailed drawings and documentation, and provide guidance to junior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the design and review of Railway bridge & structural works.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable IR/RDSO/Indian Railways standards, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and support project exection.
- Review drawings, calculations and technical submissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s degree in Structural Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience in bridge/structural design.
- Prior experience in consultancy or large-scale Railway infrastructure projects preferably running track is an advantage.
