Role Description The Visual Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves creating high-quality visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials that support Goldstar Healthcare’s brand and communication goals. The Visual Designer will collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to design graphics for campaigns, presentations, web pages, social media, and client-facing materials. Daily responsibilities include developing and refining visual assets, maintaining brand consistency, preparing files for production, and iterating on design based on feedback and performance data. The role also includes contributing to brand guidelines, staying current with design trends, and ensuring all visuals align with the company’s focus on clarity, trust, and customer care.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Visual Design and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating clean, accessible, and professional work.
- Experience in Branding and creating cohesive visual identities across multiple channels.
- Ability to design effective Graphics for marketing campaigns, presentations, social media, and client communication.
- Proficiency in Web Design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and responsive design principles.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design and visual hierarchy, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, financial services, or other trust-based industries is an advantage.
