🚀 We're Hiring: Lead Business Analyst | Altrus AI | Hyderabad
Altrus AI is growing, and we're looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join our Hyderabad office, someone who can own requirements end-to-end and lead a team of analysts. Ideally an immediate joiner!

🔹 What you'll do: ✅ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts ✅ Own requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for key initiatives ✅ Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into specs, user stories & process flows ✅ Work closely with product, engineering & delivery teams to bring solutions to life ✅ Define BA best practices, standards, and process improvements ✅ Oversee testing, validation, and stakeholder sign-off
🔹 What we're looking for: ✅ 6–9 years as a Business Analyst, including team lead / people-management experience ✅ Background in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) preferred ✅ Strong requirement-gathering, documentation & stakeholder management skills ✅ Excellent communication, analytical & leadership abilities ➕ Bonus: Hands-on experience with Unqork or other low-code/no-code platforms
📍 Location: Hyderabad (on-site) ⏱️ Experience: 6–9 years 🕐 Note: This is an EST-based project, so some calls will be during EST hours 🎯 Start: Ideally an immediate joiner
