JD- Business Analyst Updated Skills ? Clear understanding or prior experience in media-related domains including media planning, campaign management, ad operations or media finance. ? Techno-functional expertise with experience in database models, data mapping, and business applications. ? Background in AI Automation, Process Automation/Optimisation, and ability to identify opportunities for workflow enhancement. ? Experience working with ERP systems and performing functional consultancy tasks to support business process improvements. ? Hands-on experience using Postman or Swagger/OpenAPI for API testing, validation, and documentation. ? Ability to create clear and effective process flow diagrams using tools like Lucid chart, Draw.io, or Microsoft Visio. ? Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. ? Familiarity with ERD tools and data modelling platforms to support business and technical requirements. ? Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. ? Bachelor?s degree in engineering or a related field
