Lawson ERP Financial and Supply Chain Support Specialist
📍 Pune, India | 💼 5–8 years’ experience
We are hiring a Lawson ERP Financial and Supply Chain Support Specialist to support and enhance our enterprise finance and supply chain applications.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Lawson Financial and Supply Chain modules, along with mandatory experience in Infor XA.
Key responsibilities:
- Support Lawson Financial and Supply Chain modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Procurement, and Inventory.
- Work with Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to analyze requirements and resolve application issues.
- Manage configuration, testing, security, production support, and change requests.
- Support month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and finance-related operational activities.
- Troubleshoot interfaces, integrations, batch jobs, reports, and data issues.
- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and vendors for incident resolution and enhancements.
- Maintain functional documentation, support procedures, and knowledge-base articles.
- Participate in upgrades, patches, testing, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Must-have skills:
- 5–8 years of relevant application-support experience.
- Hands-on Infor XA experience — mandatory.
- Experience supporting Lawson Financial and Supply Chain modules.
- Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Inventory, and Asset Management.
- Experience in production support, issue troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and change management.
- Experience supporting integrations, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred:
- SQL, reporting tools, data extracts, or interface monitoring experience.
- Understanding of month-end close and finance operations.
- Exposure to ITIL, ticketing tools, enterprise integrations, or Agile delivery.
