We’re Hiring | Land Acquisition – Solar & Power Projects
We are looking for an experienced Land Acquisition professional to join our team and contribute to the development of Solar & Power projects.
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 2–6 Years
Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy / Power
Territory: Haryana & Punjab
Travel: Extensive field travel required
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire suitable land parcels for Solar & Power projects.
- Handle landowner meetings, negotiations, and commercial closures.
- Conduct preliminary land verification and coordinate title/documentation due diligence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, local stakeholders, and authorities.
- Coordinate with Legal, Project Development, Finance, and Technical teams.
- Track land acquisition pipeline, negotiations, documentation, and closures.
We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in Land Acquisition / Land Procurement / Land Aggregation.
- Strong experience/exposure in Solar, Renewable Energy, Power, or Infrastructure.
- Hands on exposure to Haryana & Punjab land markets is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, networking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of land records and documentation.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and field based work.
- Hindi is required; local language knowledge will be an advantage.
