Role Description The Kitchen Designer at Belso will work full time on-site in Jaipur, collaborating with clients to plan and design modular kitchens and related cabinetry solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, understanding functional requirements and aesthetic preferences, and creating detailed layouts and 3D designs that align with Belso’s product range and finish options. The role involves coordinating with the sales and production teams, preparing accurate measurements and specifications, and ensuring designs are optimized for installation and long-term use. The Kitchen Designer will also provide design guidance in the showroom, support clients in selecting materials and hardware, and ensure a professional and positive customer experience throughout the design and delivery process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Kitchen Design, with experience creating functional, ergonomic, and aesthetically appealing layouts.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to conduct consultations, explain design options, and build trusted relationships with clients.
- Sales abilities, including understanding client needs, presenting solutions, and supporting the sales process for kitchen and cabinetry projects.
- Knowledge of Cabinetry, materials, finishes, hardware, and installation requirements relevant to modular kitchens and modern furniture.
- Experience with design software (e.g., CAD tools, 3D visualization programs) to produce accurate plans and renderings.
- Attention to detail, spatial planning skills, and the ability to interpret architectural drawings and site measurements.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in kitchen or interior design is a strong advantage.
