Role Description The AutoCAD Designer will be responsible for producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings, including architectural and construction drawings, based on project requirements and design concepts. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting design briefs, developing detailed plans and layouts, updating drawings to reflect design changes, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet technical and regulatory standards. The role also involves space planning, preparing documentation for approvals, and maintaining organized drawing files and project records. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring regular collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to support timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings.
- Candidates should possess demonstrated ability in Drawing and Space Planning.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp) is highly beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or industrial projects is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to meet deadlines are essential.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
