Role Description The Kinaxis Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions for enterprise clients. This role includes gathering business requirements, translating them into Kinaxis configurations, and overseeing end-to-end implementation across supply chain planning processes. The Kinaxis Lead will coordinate with cross-functional teams, guide junior consultants, support change management activities, and ensure solution usability and performance. Daily activities involve troubleshooting issues, optimizing existing deployments, preparing documentation, and conducting user training and workshops. The role also requires close collaboration with client stakeholders to continuously improve planning workflows and align Kinaxis capabilities with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation, configuration, and administration for supply chain planning.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP.
- Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
- Proficiency in data analysis, SQL or similar query languages, and working with large datasets for planning and reporting.
- Ability to lead project teams, mentor junior consultants, and manage stakeholder expectations in complex engagements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in IT consulting, enterprise systems implementation, or digital transformation projects, ideally within manufacturing or logistics domains.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment in Bengaluru and manage multiple priorities effectively.
