🚀We Are Hiring | Key Account Manager Intern – Freight Forwarding
📍 Location: Andheri (Chakala), Mumbai
🏢 Industry: Freight Forwarding / International Logistics
🕒 Employment Type: Internship
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is interested in gaining practical experience in freight forwarding, customer relationship management, and international logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
2. Handle customer queries, shipment updates, and follow-ups with the team.
3. Coordinate with operations, documentation, pricing, and sales teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
4. Track import and export shipments across air and ocean freight.
5. Communicate shipment status, delays, and operational updates to customers.
6. Assist in resolving customer concerns and service-related issues.
7. Maintain accurate client records, shipment details, and communication logs.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.
Requirements:
1. Graduate or pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2. Prior freight forwarding internship experience is an advantage.
3. Strong communication and coordination skills.
4. Interest in freight forwarding and international logistics.
