- Drive client relationships into long-term partnerships with focus on cross-selling logistics solutions.
- Achieve sales targets, manage proposals to closure, and secure contracts through strong negotiation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and gather customer feedback for improvement.
- Build strong client/vendor relationships, ensure registrations, and support retention strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations, timely deliveries, and issue resolution.
- Ensure accurate reporting (volume, shipments, insights) and support management decision-making.
Experience: 4–8 years in Freight Forwarding / Logistics
