Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain internal business applications using Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Lists, Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms, Excel and Power Query.
Use AI-assisted/vibe-coding tools to develop and improve business applications and automate processes.
Manage office IT infrastructure including internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, switches, printers and vendors.
Provide timely IT support for hardware, software, network, email and connectivity issues.
Manage IT assets including laptops, desktops, monitors, accessories, repairs, warranties and inventory.
Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, groups, permissions, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
Manage Linux users, permissions, packages, storage, partitions and basic server troubleshooting.
Install and maintain EDA tools and software on Linux servers and support engineering teams with tool/environment requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, infrastructure, servers and software.
Take ownership of issues from identification to closure and proactively follow up with vendors.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux administration.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate and/or Power Apps.
Strong exposure to AI-assisted coding/vibe-coding tools.
Basic scripting knowledge in Shell, Python or PowerShell is preferred.
Experience in IT asset management and vendor coordination.
Understanding of Linux users, permissions, storage and partitions.
EDA/semiconductor environment experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Strong troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.
Self-driven, organized and comfortable working independently with limited supervision.
Willingness to support genuine IT emergencies.
