Job Role: Production / Quality Engineer
Job Description
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit.
- Ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Use Vernier Calipers, Micrometres, and other measuring instruments to inspect product dimensions.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and verify product samples.
- Ensure finished products meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Identify production inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment and production-related issues.
- Recommend suitable solutions to resolve production problems.
- Support maintenance activities for machinery and equipment.
- Help reduce machine downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Prepare daily production reports and quality control documentation.
- Maintain machine maintenance and inspection records.
- Coordinate with engineers, production staff, and other teams.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols and company standards.
- Support the team in achieving production and quality targets.
