Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, working drawings, and material detailing, along with the ability to translate concepts into practical design solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- - Assist in developing interior design concepts, layouts, and space-planning solutions.
- - Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, furniture layouts, and design documentation.
- - Develop and present mood boards, material palettes, and design concepts.
- - Coordinate with senior architects, designers, vendors, and execution teams.
- - Assist in material selection, detailing, BOQs, and specifications.
- - Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is aligned with on-site execution.
- - Incorporate client feedback and design revisions efficiently.
- - Maintain accuracy and consistency across drawings and project documentation.
- - Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, finishes, and detailing techniques.
Requirements
- - Bachelor's/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- - 1+ year of relevant experience in interior architecture/design.
- - Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- - Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Photoshop, or similar software will be an advantage.
- - Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and construction detailing.
- - Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- - Strong attention to detail with a practical approach to design execution.
- - Immediate joiners are preferred.
