Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Model Town. In this position, you will assist in creating visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, social media graphics, and presentations. You will support senior designers in developing brand-aligned concepts, preparing files for production, and maintaining design consistency across all touchpoints. Daily tasks include collaborating with the marketing and branding teams, refining designs based on feedback, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality and deadline requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear visual outputs.
- Skills in Logo Design and Branding to support the development and refinement of brand identities.
- Understanding of Typography and layout principles for creating readable and visually appealing designs.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or similar).
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and design direction.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
