Binated is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer – Illustrator to join our team!
If you have a strong command of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, enjoy creating vector and print-ready artwork, and are comfortable working in the pre-press and print design industry, we’d love to hear from you.

💰 Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month

What You'll Be Doing
As a Graphic Designer – Illustrator, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and preparing high-quality artwork for print and production.
Your work may include:
- Creating and editing vector artwork using Adobe Illustrator.
- Retouching and editing images using Adobe Photoshop.
- Preparing print-ready artwork according to production requirements.
- Working with designs that require accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Following pre-press and print production workflows.
- Reviewing artwork carefully and identifying errors before production.
- Making design adjustments based on project and client requirements.
- Working closely with the production and design teams to ensure high-quality output.
🎯 Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is not only creative but also understands that precision, consistency, and production-ready artwork are essential in professional graphic design.
You should have:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Practical experience with vector artwork and graphic design.
- An understanding of pre-press, print design, and production artwork.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a professional production environment.
- Comfort working permanently during night shifts.
⭐ Experience That Will Be a Plus
Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:
- Pre-press
- Print design
- Vector artwork
- Production design
- Image editing
- Print-ready artwork
- Artwork preparation for production
Experience: 1–3 years in Graphic Design, Vector Artwork, Print Design, Pre-Press, Image Editing, or Production Design.
A Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if you have strong practical skills.
📝 Selection ProcessRound 1: On-Site Practical Assessment
The first round will be an on-site assessment test conducted at our office in Aundh, Pune.
The assessment will focus on your practical skills in areas such as:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Vector artwork
- Print design
- Attention to detail
- Pre-press and production requirements
Candidates should be comfortable attending the assessment in person and completing a practical design task.
🌙 Important: Night Shift & Transportation
This is a permanent night shift position, so candidates must be comfortable working night hours.
