Role Description This is a full-time Junior Graphic Designer role based in Kochi, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Junior Graphic Designer collaborates with senior designers, marketers, and product teams to create visual assets that support digital campaigns, product interfaces, presentations, and brand communications. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics and layouts, refining logos and brand elements, preparing assets for web and social media, and ensuring visual consistency across all materials. The role also involves working with typography, adapting designs based on feedback, and maintaining design files and asset libraries. The Junior Graphic Designer is expected to participate in brainstorming sessions, follow brand guidelines, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in graphic design principles with hands-on experience in Graphics and Graphic Design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or similar).
- Ability to create and refine Logo Design and Branding assets that align with established brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and layout for digital and print materials.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating design projects, attention to detail, and an understanding of modern digital aesthetics.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Kochi, with strong collaboration, time management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with designing for web, social media, and presentations; basic understanding of UI/UX principles is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback constructively, and grow in a fast-paced, AI-focused technology environment.
