Role Overview
We are hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team on-site in Mumbai.
In this role, you will create compelling visual assets, design across digital and print media, and bring the Luar brand to life across campaigns, packaging, and communications. We are seeking someone with a sharp eye for aesthetics, strong attention to detail, and a passion for beauty and branding.
- Job Type: Full-time, On-site (Strictly non-remote / non-hybrid)
- Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (Near DN Nagar / Lower Oshiwara Metro Stations)
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off) | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual content for campaigns, social media, packaging, and brand communications.
- Develop graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both digital and print channels.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute visual assets.
- Contribute to logo design, branding touchpoints, and brand typography.
- Edit short-form video content and basic motion graphics for digital platforms.
- Organize and manage project files to ensure smooth workflows and on-time delivery.
- Stay updated on current design and beauty trends to keep content fresh and impactful.
Qualifications and Key Skills
- Experience: 1-2 years of graphic design experience (beauty industry experience preferred, but freshers with exceptional portfolios are welcome).
- Software: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and CorelDRAW.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, print design specs, and video editing.
- Execution: Ability to create on-brand designs with minimal supervision and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
