WE ARE HIRING | GRAPHICS DESIGNER - DIGITAL CONTENT
Don Vanzara Showbiz LLP (DVS) is building a new content team for an upcoming infotainment venture and is looking for a hands-on Graphics Designer – Digital Content.
We are looking for someone who can create thumbnails, posters and other visual assets for our shows and digital content. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who understands visual communication, typography, composition and digital-first design, and can turn a creative brief into compelling visual artwork.
The role involves:
• Designing thumbnails for YouTube videos and Shorts
• Creating posters, key art and promotional artwork for different shows and series
• Developing visual treatments for individual shows while maintaining consistency with the show's identity
• Working with the creative and content teams to understand the story, subject and positioning of each piece of content
• Creating multiple visual options and adapting designs based on creative feedback
• Designing digital creatives for YouTube and other digital platforms
• Working with photographs, illustrations, typography, graphics and other visual elements to create engaging compositions
• Ensuring designs are visually strong, readable and optimised for digital platforms
• Maintaining organised design files and reusable templates for recurring content
• Staying updated with current digital design, thumbnail and content packaging trends
We are looking for someone with:
• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, digital content design or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and/or other relevant design tools
• A good understanding of typography, composition, colour, visual hierarchy and image selection
• A strong visual eye and interest in digital content, YouTube and entertainment
• Ability to create designs that communicate an idea quickly and effectively
• Ability to take a creative brief and independently develop visual options
• Good attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback
• A portfolio or samples of design work, including thumbnails, posters or digital creatives
LOCATION & ENGAGEMENT
Mumbai | STRICTLY ON-SITE | Full-time
This is not a remote or hybrid position. Candidates must be available to work full-time from our Mumbai office.
