Junior Graphic Designer
Full-Time | Thrissur Town
Elevate Your Brand (EYB) is a creative and digital growth agency working across branding, design, websites, digital marketing, content and technology.
As we expand our creative team and set up our office in Thrissur Town, we’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is passionate about design, eager to learn and interested in growing with the team.
You’ll be joining an existing creative team, with opportunities to collaborate, receive feedback and gradually take greater ownership of projects.
At EYB, quality matters more than quantity. We’re looking for someone who understands that good design is about more than knowing how to use software.
What you’ll work on
- Social media and campaign creatives
- Meta and Google Ads creatives
- YouTube and social media thumbnails
- Presentation and pitch-deck design
- Branding and visual identity applications
- Brochures, flyers and marketing collateral
- Product retouching and e-commerce creatives
- Website and landing-page graphics
- Infographics and print-ready artwork
- Creative concepts and multi-format adaptations
Depending on your strengths, you may also contribute to larger branding and creative projects.

Experience with some of the following is useful:
Affinity Designer / Photo / Publisher
Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign
Figma
Canva
You do not need to know every tool listed above. Your design thinking and quality of work matter more than the software you use.
Portfolio > Certificates
Formal qualifications or certificates are not our main selection criteria.
Your portfolio will carry significantly more weight.
You can share your work through Behance, a personal website, PDF, Google Drive or another easily accessible format.
Selection Process
Candidates who pass the initial portfolio screening may be given a small practical design assignment to evaluate creative thinking, design fundamentals, attention to detail and execution.
Evaluation work will not be published or commercially used by EYB.
Location
This position is based in Thrissur Town.
Candidates living in or around Thrissur will be given preference. If you are considering relocation, please make sure working from Thrissur is practical for you before applying.
Employment & Compensation
Employment: Full-Time
Location: Thrissur Town
Probation Period: 1 month
Probation Compensation: ₹5,000 for the first month
Post-Probation Salary: Up to ₹15,000/month, based on performance and role fit
