Key Responsibilities
✅ Generate and research qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, industry databases, and market research.
✅ Analyze sustainability reports and ESG initiatives of target companies to identify business opportunities.
✅ Connect with Sustainability Heads, ESG Leaders, and key decision-makers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
✅ Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Business Development and Technical teams.
✅ Coordinate proposal follow-ups, maintain client engagement, and support the sales cycle until closure.
Who We're Looking For
✔ MBA (Sustainability), M.Sc. Environmental Science, or a relevant degree with prior B2B sales/business development experience.
✔ 0 months to 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development. Experience in the Sustainability or Carbon Market sector will be an added advantage.
✔ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
✔ Hands-on experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-based research tools.
✔ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, persistent, and eager to build a career in the rapidly growing Sustainability & Carbon Markets industry.
