Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Chemical Engineer role based in Mathura. The Junior Chemical Engineer will assist in monitoring and optimizing chemical processes, collecting and analyzing data, and supporting production activities under supervision. Daily tasks include participating in laboratory testing, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and documenting operational parameters and findings. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating technical information clearly, and contributing to process improvements and troubleshooting efforts.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem solving, and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills for conducting experiments, handling equipment, and following safety and quality protocols.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of the Chemical Industry, including basic unit operations and awareness of safety and regulatory practices.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, document results, and report findings clearly.
- Candidates should possess foundational Process Engineering skills to understand process flow diagrams, equipment operation, and basic design principles.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
