Looking for a Chemical Engineer / Formulation Expert – Advisory / Consulting / Team Collaboration
We are building a new Home Care & Personal Care product portfolio with a strong focus on creating products that are effective, safe, responsible and environmentally conscious.
We are looking to connect with a Chemical Engineer / Formulation Chemist / R&D Professional who can work with us as a Consultant, Technical Advisor, or potentially as a long-term Team Member/Partner.

• Laundry / Fabric Cleaning Products

• Car & Home Fragrance Products
• Face Wash & Personal Care Products
• Essential-oil-based / fragrance-based products
• Other Home & Personal Care formulations

The person should ideally be able to help us with:
• Product formulation & composition
• Selection of raw materials and active ingredients
• Surfactants, solvents, builders, preservatives, fragrances, etc.
• pH and stability optimisation
• Cleaning efficacy and performance testing
• Safety considerations and ingredient compatibility
• Eco-friendly / biodegradable formulation alternatives
• Pet & child safety considerations
• Fragrance and essential-oil compatibility
• Shelf-life and stability
• Prototype development and laboratory trials
• Raw-material specifications
• Manufacturing process & SOP development
• Quality-control parameters
• Product testing and validation
• Regulatory / compliance guidance
• Cost optimisation and commercial scalability
• Coordination with third-party laboratories / manufacturers where required
