Role Description The Junior Audit Assistant at HashKey Chain will support the audit team in reviewing financial records and digital asset transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with financial audits, preparing and organizing working papers, helping draft basic audit reports, and checking financial statements for consistency and adherence to internal policies and relevant standards. The role also involves gathering and verifying documentation, performing routine analytical reviews, maintaining clear audit trails, and collaborating with senior auditors on audit planning and follow-up actions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Musabani, requiring regular coordination with finance and operations teams to support timely and high-quality audit delivery.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills related to financial review and documentation, including Financial Statements and Finance.
- Candidates should possess skills related to audit execution and reporting, including Financial Audits and Audit Reports.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and support evidence-based conclusions.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and compliance practices.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic financial software; familiarity with digital assets or blockchain is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Musabani, collaborate within a team, and manage time effectively in a structured audit environment.
