Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and execution of architectural projects from concept through detailed drawings and documentation. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include preparing design concepts, 2D drawings, and 3D models; assisting with presentations and client deliverables; and coordinating design details with senior architects and consultants. The role involves site visits, measurement and documentation, and support in basic project coordination and communication. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Borivali, requiring regular collaboration with the studio team and participation in project reviews.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development and preparation of drawings and models.
- Candidates should possess skills in Integration and basic Project Management to support coordination between design, consultants, and site activities.
- Candidates should possess foundational Software Development awareness where relevant to design tools, scripts, or digital workflows (e.g., parametric design or automation).
- Candidates should possess proficiency in common architectural software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and strong visualization abilities.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, collaboration, and time‑management skills, with a detail‑oriented and organized working style.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification; eligibility or registration with a professional architectural body is an advantage.
- Exposure to local building codes, materials, and construction practices, and willingness to learn on site and in the studio.
