Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Nagpur. The Junior Architect will support the design and documentation of architectural and interior projects, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of drawings and 3D models. Day-to-day work includes assisting in BIM-based workflows, coordinating with senior architects and consultants, preparing detailed construction drawings, and contributing to design presentations. The role also involves site visits, basic supervision of work progress, and coordination with contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained. The Junior Architect will participate in sustainable design research, help compile project reports, and contribute to a collaborative studio environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in architectural design, space planning, and technical detailing.
- Proficiency in BIM and 3D tools such as Revit; familiarity with Dynamo, Navisworks, and Enscape is an advantage.
- Ability to produce clear construction drawings, documentation sets, and presentation boards.
- Understanding of sustainable and context-driven design principles; interest in environmental architecture is beneficial.
- Basic experience with site coordination, measurement, and communication with contractors and project stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; COA registration or eligibility preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to a technology-forward workflow, and take initiative on assigned tasks.
