Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Hyderabad. The Junior Architect will support the design team in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and producing detailed plans and 3D models. Daily tasks include assisting with site studies, creating design presentations, coordinating with consultants, and updating project documentation. The role involves collaborating with senior architects to refine designs, ensure compliance with codes and standards, and support project timelines. The Junior Architect will also participate in client meetings when required and help integrate feedback into design revisions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
- Experience or familiarity with Software Development and Integration as applied to design tools, BIM, or workflow automation is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Project Management principles, including time management, coordination with stakeholders, and documentation.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration in progress is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present and explain design ideas clearly.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to project needs, and participate actively in site visits and on-ground coordination.
