We're Hiring | Junior Architect / Designer
📍 Location: Navi Mumbai (in-office)

We're looking for a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Junior Architect / Designer to join our growing design studio. If you're eager to learn, love creating meaningful spaces, and want hands-on exposure across design, documentation, and site execution, we'd love to hear from you.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural and interior design development.
- Create concept presentations, mood boards, and material palettes.
- Prepare presentation drawings and client presentation decks.
- Develop 2D drawings and assist in 3D modelling & visualization.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and preliminary cost estimations.
- Assist in project documentation and drawing coordination.
- Support site visits, site measurements, and execution coordination.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal team members.
- Ensure proper documentation, file management, and project records.
- Assist in research, material sourcing, and design detailing.

Probation & Commitment
- 2-month probation period
- Minimum 10-month commitment after joining to ensure continuity and professional growth.
Preferred Skills
- AutoCAD proefficiency
- SketchUp/ other rendering softwares
- Enscape / Lumion (preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of BOQs and construction documentation
