Position: Architect
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Chennai & Hosur
Employment Type: Full-time
What You'll Do
- Design architectural and interior concepts for residential & commercial projects
- Prepare architectural layouts, working drawings, construction drawings & detailed drawings
- Develop interior layouts, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts & material specifications
- Create 3D models, renderings & client presentation drawings
- Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, vendors & execution teams
- Conduct site visits and ensure smooth design execution
- Participate in client meetings and material selection
Requirements
- B.Arch Degree
- 1–3 years of experience in Architecture or Interior Design
- Experience in Residential & Commercial Projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop & MS Office
- Knowledge of Lumion, Revit or Enscape is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of working drawings, construction detailing & interior detailing
- Excellent communication, visualization and problem-solving skills
