Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Secunderābād. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and managing payroll. The role also involves preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting in budgeting and financial planning activities. The Accountant will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
Knowledge & Qualifications :
· Proficiency in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, sales, purchases and general ledger maintenance
· Experience in preparing financial reports, statements, and budgets
· Familiarity with taxation laws, financial compliance, and reporting standards
· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
· Professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) is an advantage
· Prior experience in architectural or design-related industries is a plus
· Inventory management and stock accounting
· Bookkeeping and ledger maintenance
· TDS payments and GST-related activities
· Project accounting and audit coordination
· Import-export accounting and documentation
· Liaising with auditors and regulatory departments
· Handling personal accounts of top management
Skills & Experience Required:
• 2-5 years of experience in a product-based organization
• Strong proficiency in Tally ERP
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong accounting fundamentals and audit knowledge
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
• Self-driven, responsible, and highly organized
