Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jr. Study Visa Consultant role based in Hyderabad. The Jr. Study Visa Consultant will assist clients with student visa applications by gathering documentation, checking eligibility, and preparing forms and supporting materials. Responsibilities include providing accurate information on study visa options, explaining immigration procedures, and guiding clients through timelines and requirements. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of study visa regulations, coordinating with senior consultants as needed, and ensuring that client records and communications are properly documented. The consultant will interact directly with clients in person and via phone or email, respond to inquiries, and support a smooth and compliant visa application process.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Immigration Issues and Immigration processes related to study visas.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Visas, especially student visa categories, documentation, and basic regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and client-facing professionalism.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills, such as advising clients, assessing needs, and offering appropriate study visa options.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess customer service orientation and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; prior experience or internship in immigration, education counseling, or related fields is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in handling client information.
