Position: Jr Presales Consultant
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Location: Hybrid - Kolkata/ Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Bangalore

Job Description:
- 2-4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Analysis, or Functional Consulting roles.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and its core capabilities.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and solution documentation.
- Strong knowledge of CRM business processes across Sales, Service, and Customer Engagement functions.
- Ability to prepare proposals, estimations, and client-facing presentations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
