Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage accounting, taxation, trade banking, and financial compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle trade banking activities, including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), import transactions, and stock statements.
- Manage direct and indirect taxation activities.
- Prepare and file GST and TDS returns.
- Handle ROC filings and statutory audit requirements.
- Manage books finalization and ensure accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with junior team members and resolve their queries.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory and financial reporting activities
Educational Qualification: B.Com / MBA.
Experience: 56 years in Accounts Finance.
