Role Description The Jr. Architect will support the design and execution of architectural and interior projects from concept through completion. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves developing drawings, 3D models, and presentations under the guidance of senior team members. Responsibilities include assisting with space planning, detailing, material selection, and coordination with consultants and contractors. The Jr. Architect will help prepare documentation for approvals, track design changes, and contribute to design reviews and site visits to ensure alignment with project intent. The role requires close collaboration with the design and project management teams to maintain quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Core architectural skills: proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
- Technical and integration skills: familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM workflows, or digital collaboration platforms.
- Project coordination skills: foundational experience or training in Project Management, including organizing tasks, tracking timelines, and supporting stakeholder communication.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Tools and software: working knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office).
- Additional capabilities: strong design sensibility, attention to detail, ability to interpret and follow design guidelines, and readiness to learn in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Professional attributes: effective communication skills, collaborative mindset, willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru, and capacity to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
